North Douglas Condominiums

Access to the clubhouse is restricted to residents and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse. No smoking or vaping.

An authorized key fob is required to enter. Key fobs are limited to two per unit. Please contact the property manager if you need additional or replacement key fobs.

Owners can reserve the clubhouse for private events by contacting the property manager and completing the reservation form located under documents. All gatherings must be approved by the property manager and board. Reservations should be made at least 7 days in advance, and a security deposit is required. Reservations do not extend to the pool, fitness room, and restrooms.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting, for your enjoyment.

Residents and their guests are permitted and must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Please take a moment to read the Pool Rules signs located at the pool. Your cooperation in following these rules will be greatly appreciated.

The following are just a few of the rules we ask you to follow:

• No smoking or vaping in the pool area
• No animals in the pool area
• No rough play, running, jumping, or diving
• No glass containers in the pool area
• Please clean up after yourselves
• Remember to return chairs to their original position

The fitness room is available for residents and their guests. It is open during clubhouse hours and cannot be reserved. Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe footwear are required.

North Douglas Condominiums has eight garages that may be rented by owners. Please contact the property manager for availability. The lease agreement is available under documents and must be signed by a condominium owner and the property manager.
