In addition to the monthly dues, you will be personally responsible for your electric, water, cable, and telephone bill.  Special assessments may also be called for depending on the yearly improvements to the property.  Property tax and homeowner’s insurance are the responsibility of each individual owner.

North Douglas Condominiums is “self-managed” by homeowners who volunteer and are elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Association. 

No.  We have a property manager and a Board of Directors elected by homeowners to govern and manage North Douglas Condominiums. Please refer to the Contacts page for more information.

Key fobs are required to access the clubhouse and pool.  Each unit is assigned up to two key fobs.  Owners may contact the property manager if additional or replacement fobs are needed.

Owners can reserve the clubhouse for private events by contacting the property manager and completing the reservation form located under documents. All gatherings must be approved by the property manager and board. Reservations should be made at least 7 days in advance, and a security deposit is required. Reservations do not extend to the pool, fitness room, and restrooms.

Parking spaces are unassigned. Resident and guest parking only. Do not park next to the trash dumpster.

There are eight garages that may be rented to owners for a monthly fee. Contact the property manager for availability.

Yes.  We own the road north of the storage facility entrance.  The speed limit is 15mph.

Yes, we contract a private company for both.

Yes.  Trash is collected weekly.  Dumpsters are for the personal trash of residents only.  Do not place items outside the dumpster.  Residents are responsible for the removal of large items.

Yes. A dedicated recycling dumpster is collected weekly. Please only place paper, plastic, cans, glass, and cardboard in the dumpster. No trash or plastic bags.

The exterior of the buildings are treated by a pest control company and interior treatments can be requested for an additional charge.

No.  North Douglas Condominiums is a community made up of privately-owned condominiums.  Owners may choose to make their units available for short-term or long-term rentals.

Charcoal, gas, and any open-flame cooking or burning devices or fire pits are not allowed on patios or balconies. Any grilling or burning is forbidden in the common areas at all times.
